An influential thought leader and organizational consultant with a global view, Pat uses her extensive coaching and consulting experience to support high-impact culture change while retaining valuable talent. She works with diverse leaders in financial services, IT, retail and pharmaceuticals and delivers results through targeted leadership development, assessment-based coaching, and focused team mobilization.
She has served as a senior-level Talent Management leader in CITI, Sykes Enterprises, Inc., UNISYS, Deloitte & Touche Consulting Group, BI-LO Holdings, and Right Management. As an executive consultant, Pat has coached leaders in Romark Labs, American Express, JP Morgan Chase, Dollar General, Comcast, Toyota and the Association of Black Foundation Executives (ABFE).
Pat holds a doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University, a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree, both from CUNY. She is certified in several well-known assessments including EQi2.0® and EQi360® (MHS), Crucial Conversations®, Conflict Dynamics Profile® and the Birkman®.
A recipient of the Society of Emotional Intelligence Ambassador Award, she is a well-regarded speaker on emotional intelligence and executive presence. She is a contributor to the Professional Women’s Network 2017 Anthology and author of ‘Cool Change: Turning Emotions into Leadership Strengths©.’ Her new book, ‘Balancing Head and Heart: The Emotionally Intelligent Team Leader’ will be published in Fall 2018.
