Alexandra is passionate about developing leaders, coaching individuals to unleash their potential and training inside and outside the classroom. She brings over 30 years of experience in leadership training, restaurant operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and industrial sales.
Alexandra worked at Fortune 500 companies like McDonald’s Corporation and Gillette and through her own firm, Herrera Consulting, Ms. Herrera achieves the mission to help leaders to become grounded and continue to growing.
She teaches Management, International Business, Operations Management, and Leadership 2020 workshops at Benedictine University in Lisle, IL, as an Adjunct Faculty. She holds a B.S in Polymer Engineering -Universidad Simon Bolivar, Caracas, Venezuela- and an MBA from Benedictine University.
Her best coaching job has been raising her three sons Alejandro (31), William (30) and Christopher (26) to become successful personally and professionally.
Ms. Herrera is proud of developing and co-leading the 2017 HACE Leadership Academy program in Chicago, an exciting opportunity to influence the growth of current and future fellow Latino leaders.
