Betsy Blanchard consults in the areas of individual and team development, personality assessment, and organization improvement. With extensive sales, consulting, and training experience, Betsy brings a broad base of knowledge and insight in the field of human preferences and how it impacts behavior, relationships, results, and satisfaction. Her passion is “helping people excel by better connecting who they are with what they do."
For the last 16 years, Betsy has run her own business, working with local and global corporations, training and coaching individuals and teams to higher performance levels. Betsy works with teams to improve cohesion, enjoyment, and performance. She is skilled in a variety of tools which she utilizes to help her clients, including Insights Discovery System®; Myers Briggs Type Indicator®; Color Q Personalities®; PDI 360® feedback tool; The Five Dysfunctions of a Team®, and the Five Faces of Genius®. Betsy helps individuals and teams better understand and work with each other and have more fun doing it, yielding more extraordinary performance and ROI.
Before becoming independent, Betsy was Vice President of Training and Development for LaSalle Bank and ABN AMRO in Chicago (now Bank of America). She provided training solutions for over 4000 internal clients. She also started and managed a Sales Training department for Philips Medical Systems in Connecticut and was an employment recruiter in New York City. Betsy also worked ten years with Dale Carnegie Training®, selling, training, and managing the Department of Instruction in the Chicago area.
Betsy earned a Business Degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, and a Master’s Degree in Organization Learning and Development from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
