Executive Coaching - Diamond

Executive coaching focuses on helping leaders to advance their careers. It helps understand the unique manifestation of the leadership dimensions. We use a three-level approach to our executive leadership coaching: Insights Discovery personality profiler, the Insights transformational leadership and Discovery 360 full circle to provide a robust and transformational coaching experience.

We start by exploring the leadership style, blind spots and preferences. We analyze the dominant leadership dimensions. We conclude by collecting the feedback of at least 12 people, including peers, boss, and customers who know you. This comprehensive approach allows you to explore your strengths and areas of development.

The Executive Coaching Program includes three coaching sessions of 60 minutes each.
