She led large enterprises with McDonald’s Venezuela, Popeye’s and Bembos Peru and Immunotech Latam with a solid game plan to lead change, creativity, innovation, and people skills.

Her leadership led these enterprises centered on critical values and principles that made her stand out. She reached business results with unprecedented expansion and growth, excelling employee commitment and customer satisfaction indicators to stand out.

She has a remarkable ability to negotiate at all levels. In both countries, she led multidisciplinary planning teams reaching out across the organizations, pioneering multiple operations improvement workflows, productivity, product innovation, production models for operational improvements and work environment conditions.

Katiuska holds a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources, has completed various Management certifications throughout her career, and completed an International Certification in Professional Coaching with a specialization in Executive Coaching and Team Coaching. She is an accredited coach and Insights License practitioner.
