Prior to joining LCG Group, she stabilized an online brand, and successfully generated sales of one million dollars within just two years. In her role as the founder, she not only managed teams but also implemented efficient systems to automate various aspects of her business operations, demonstrating her proficiency in business development, leadership, and process optimization.

Vanessa founded and successfully managed a thriving marketing agency. Her role involved not only team leadership but also extensive experience in marketing strategy, client relationship management, and strategic account development.

Before transitioning to entrepreneurship, Vanessa held the esteemed position of Director of Global Business Development for renowned hospitality brands looking after the Middle East, and Euro-Asia region, based in Dubai.In this role, she honed her skills in strategic account development while managing multicultural teams.

Vanessa's academic foundation is impressive, boasting a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Hospitality Management Operations from the Swiss School of Business and Derby UK.

Her educational background underscores her ability to work collaboratively in academic settings and engage with peers in strategic discussions. She furthered her education at Cornell University, where she earned diplomas in Business Strategy, Business Entrepreneurship, and Digital Marketing.
